El Zalate is a small beachfront community of privately owned condominiums on the Sea of Cortez.
There are seventy 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos.
The common area borders the Sea of Cortez and is lushly landscaped with a variety of palms and tropical plants. Two very large swimming pools, one with a walk-in entrance, the other with a cascading water wall, and a huge spa are the perfect setting for enjoying the crashing waves. Sea turtles, dolphins and whales play right off the beach. The pool area is surrounded by a pool deck and appointed with two shade palapas and various chaises, tables, umbrellas and chairs. The beach is quiet and clean and very sparsely populated. There are chaises for your enjoyment there as well. You can walk for miles in either direction and encounter very little activity; just a few beachcombers, walkers and runners.
Some of the best Cabo Surfing is within walking distance.
There is ample parking on the desert side of the property.

We have back up emergency generators should we ever loose power for any reason, elevator access for each building and a huge fresh water storage tank. A deep, wide sea wall protects the entire development from any Sea related issues.
Though Los Cabos is very safe, the perimeter of the property is walled and patrolled by security guards 24/7.

On the beach (toward San Jose): Mama Mia Restaurant (@ Coral Baja)  Zippers About 1 mile to the right on the beach.
Across Street: The District, Starbucks, Bancomer and Santander banks.
Just down the Highway - Vidanta gym and golf course which the residents of El Zalate have privileges to.
